My name is Laura, and I’m a Psychospiritual Practitioner based in South Florida and the founder of Divine Emergence, LLC. My work is shaped by years of personal healing, formal training, and hands-on facilitation.
My path emerged from overcoming my own challenges—growing up in a broken home, losing a parent to cancer, and navigating addiction, codependency, depression, anxiety, narcissistic abuse, and an autoimmune disorder. When traditional methods offered only limited relief, I turned to holistic modalities.
My healing journey eventually led me to trauma‑releasing breathwork, where I experienced profound nervous system regulation and emotional release. This naturally led me to explore psychedelic‑assisted therapies, noticing similar deep inner healing processes emerging in both practices. That observation inspired deeper study and specialized work with ceremonial medicines such as Kambo and Bufo Alvarius in ethical, safety‑focused settings. Along the way, I committed to becoming a full‑time coach so I could support others with informed, trauma‑aware guidance as they navigate their own healing and embodiment journeys.
Breathwork ultimately became my primary path, guiding me to leave my master’s psychology program and my career in dual diagnostics to pursue holistic wellness full time. I was drawn to breathwork because intentional, conscious breathing has been shown to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, and even induce altered states of consciousness that parallel some aspects of therapeutic psychedelic experiences. These effects helped me deepen my own healing and clarified my calling to guide others in embodied transformation and integration.
Today, I support individuals in healing trauma, anxiety, addiction, and emotional pain patterns through breathwork, mindfulness, psychedelic-assisted support, private coaching, and immersive retreats—always grounded in deep integration and embodied transformation.
My mission is to help people reconnect to their wholeness through breathwork, expanded states of awareness, and somatic tools. I support those navigating trauma, addiction, and anxiety in moving beyond survival and stepping into clarity, personal power, and true freedom.
