Divine Emergence Retreat Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By enrolling in and attending a Divine Emergence retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This agreement is intended to release Divine Emergence and its facilitators from liability and ensure a safe, responsible retreat experience.

1. Health Disclosure & Personal Responsibility

I confirm that I am in adequate physical, mental, and emotional health to participate in this retreat.I understand that breathwork, plant medicine, movement, and somatic practices can be physically and emotionally intense.I agree to disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions (past or present) prior to the retreat. This includes but is not limited to heart conditions, mental illness, recent surgeries, medication use (especially SSRIs or psychiatric medications), and current or past substance abuse.I take full responsibility for my own well-being and will not hold Divine Emergence liable for any injury, condition, or reaction that may occur during or after participation.

2. Medical Treatment

I understand that Divine Emergence staff are not licensed medical professionals and do not provide medical care.I release Divine Emergence from any responsibility for medical treatment and agree to seek professional medical advice before participating if needed in the event of an emergency, I authorize Divine Emergence to seek medical assistance on my behalf and agree to assume any costs incurred.

3. Travel Delays, Missed Flights & Force Majeure

I understand that I am fully responsible for my travel arrangements, including arriving on time to designated pickup locations or airports. Divine Emergence is not responsible for missed flights, delayed arrivals, passport/visa issues, or other travel-related complications.I understand that no refunds or reimbursements will be issued due to travel disruptions, natural disasters, political unrest, illness (including COVID-19 or similar), or acts beyond the control of Divine Emergence.If I miss a portion of the retreat due to travel or personal issues, I acknowledge that no portion of my payment will be refunded or transferred.

4. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the retreat may involve physical movement, nature excursions (such as hiking, swimming, or exploring waterfalls), altered states of consciousness, and emotional vulnerability.I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and assume all risks associated with them, including but not limited to slips, falls, emotional distress, and exposure to the elements.I release Divine Emergence, its facilitators, assistants, and property hosts from any liability for injury, loss, or damages I may experience.

5. Confidentiality & Consent

I agree to respect the privacy of other participants and understand that all personal sharing is confidential and not to be recorded, shared, or discussed outside of the retreat.I understand that some sessions may be photographed or recorded for marketing or educational purposes. I will be notified and may opt out of any visual media usage.

6. Agreement

By signing up for the retreat, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver in full. I am participating voluntarily and acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding.
