What is Integration?
Integration is how you take the insights and awareness from your session and bring them into your everyday life. Why it matters: without integration, even the most profound experiences will fade away. Your mind, body, and spirit need time and conscious space to anchor new thought patterns and changes. Done effectively, integration turns peak experience insight into lasting change, cultivating more self-awareness, and helping you to respond to life from a more grounded, empowered place.Use the suggestions below to support your emotional, physical, and mental bodies. Actively engaging with what you
ve discovered guarantees positive impact for years to come!

MIND
-Observe your thoughts without judgment—let them pass by like clouds.
-Pause (breathe) before reacting; try to respond instead of react.
-
Journaling or verbal processing can help clarify whats happening in your mind.
-Practice self-compassion when you make mistakes or feel stuck, give yourself a hug.
-Take breaks from overthinking; give your mind space to reset.

BODY
-Rest as much as you need. It’s okay to pause during your work day! (AND BREATHE)
-Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
-Enjoy whole, nourishing foods. Incorporate a lot of colors! Eat slowly and mindfully.
-Move with grace and slowness—walk, stretch, dance.
-SPEND A LOT OF TIME IN NATURE! Go to the beach or a nearby park without a phone!
-Take a bath. Book a massage. Enjoy light and gentle touch, from yourself or others.

SPIRIT
-Journal, journal, journal, PEN TO PAPER.
-Notice what
s shifting in your daily life.
-Pay attention to your dreams—your subconscious is more activated after this type of processing.
-Reconnect with your inner child!!!—laugh, draw, play games.
-Spend time in quiet prayer or meditation.
-Pay attention to signs, insights, and “AHA” moments.
