In this complimentary 45-minute clarity call, we will set the intention to get to know one another and then dive into what’s blocking your progress and identify the areas of your life that desire more direction or support. This conversation is intended to remain focused and authentic. (Please, no trauma dumping. We are here to move forward, not backwards).

We’ll walk through what is present in your life at this time and then discuss tools and programs that can help you reach the breakthrough you're needing. This can look like breathwork, coaching, mindset work, conscious language, somatics, or medicine-assisted practices with thorough integration for each. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your system and what’s possible when you have the right guidance.
