I'm Laura, a Psychospiritual Practitioner based in South Florida and the founder of Divine Emergence.
I tried everything. Medication, talk therapy, rehab, psychiatric care. I did the work that was supposed to work. And still, nothing shifted at the root. Because none of it was addressing what was actually there: unprocessed emotion and stored trauma living in my body.
When I found breathwork, something cracked open. My nervous system started to regulate. Emotions I'd been carrying for years finally had somewhere to go. It was the first thing that worked at the level I actually needed it to.
That experience changed the direction of my life. I left my master's psychology program. I left my career in dual diagnosis. I went all in on this work because I saw what was possible when someone stopped managing their pain and started moving through it.
That's what I do for the people I work with. Not symptom relief. Not coping strategies. Actual transformation. The kind that changes how you show up in your life.
Through breathwork, private coaching, psychedelic-assisted support, and immersive retreats, I guide people out of survival mode and into authentic living.
My mission is to help people reconnect to their wholeness through breath work, psychedelic therapies, and integration. I support those navigating trauma, addiction, and anxiety in moving beyond survival and stepping into clarity, personal power, and true freedom.



Breathwork is for everyone because your breath is always with you. It's the simplest tool you have and one of the most powerful. Every inhale and exhale is influencing your mind, your emotions, and your entire nervous system whether you realize it or not.
If you're anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or just ready to feel like yourself again, breathwork meets you exactly where you are. You don't need experience. You don't need a spiritual practice. You just need to learn how to actually breathe, and everything starts to shift for the better.
Intentional breathwork can calm your stress, create clarity and focus, release the tension and emotional weight your body has been holding, and bring you back to yourself in a way that feels real and grounded.
You can practice on your own, but working with a trained facilitator takes you somewhere you can't usually get to alone. Having someone hold the space while you move through your breath and whatever comes up with it makes all the difference.
