My name is Laura, and I am a psychospiritual practitioner based in sunny South Florida. A few years back, I founded Divine Emergence, LLC, and have since expanded my offerings and practice through extensive training and hands-on experience.
My journey into healing began by overcoming my own challenges— some of these included growing up in a broken home, losing a stepdad to cancer, battling addiction, codependency, depression, anxiety, and in my late 20s, struggling with narcissistic abuse and an autoimmune disorder.
After trying traditional methods without success, I turned to holistic practices like breathwork, sound healing, psychedelic-assisted therapies, and immersive retreats. These practices brought lasting changes, inspiring me to study these modalities and share them with the world. Breathwork became my path. I left my psychology program at South University and my position in the drug and alcohol/mental health field to pursue holistic health and wellness full time.
Today, I’m dedicated to helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, addiction, and emotional pain. I use breathwork and integrative practices so you can arrive back home to yourself.
My mission is to help people reconnect to their wholeness through breathwork, altered states, and somatic tools. I guide those navigating trauma, addiction, and anxiety to move beyond survival—into clarity, personal power, and true freedom.
Breathwork is for everyone because your breath is the one tool you always have access to—and it directly affects every system in your body.
Whether you’re anxious, exhausted, stuck in old patterns, or just trying to perform better, your breathing pattern tells your nervous system how to respond.
When you learn to consciously work with your breath, you can:
Calm your stress response and regulate your emotions
Improve focus and energy
Release stored tension and trauma
Strengthen your immune system
Increase body awareness and resilience
It’s universal. You don’t need to be spiritual, flexible, or even “into wellness.” You just need lungs and a willingness to show up.
