Week 1 – Foundational & Calming Breathwork
We begin by slowing down. This week is all about understanding your baseline, learning to breathe properly, and activating your body’s natural calm. You’ll establish a foundation for everything that follows.

Baseline breath test + assessment
Diaphragmatic and foundational breathing
Nervous system orientation and parasympathetic activation
Core breath practices: Nadi Shodhana, 7-5-7, Basic Breath + more
Building a simple morning routine and daily structure
Week 2 – Activation, Expression & Somatic Release
Now that your body understands calm, we move into activation. This week bridges stillness with expression — learning to safely release emotion through breath and movement.
Focus Areas:
Transitioning from calm → activation
Breath of Fire, Circular Breathing, and Dynamic Breathwork
Gentle hormetic stress training (safe activation for resilience)
Somatic release through shaking, movement, and embodied expression
Emotional reconnection practices to prepare for deeper work in Week 3
Week 3 – Full Release: Divine Emergence Breathwork
This is where it all comes together. A full, guided 90-minute journey designed for deep emotional access and release. You’ll use everything you’ve learned so far — from foundational breathing to somatic regulation — to move through what’s ready to shift.

90-minute guided breathwork journey (open mouth, conscious circular breathing)
Deep emotional access and release
Applying foundational breath and somatic tools for support
Integration practices to process and ground lasting change
Week 4 – Integration & Processing
After the depth of Week 3, we ground and make sense of what surfaced. Integration is where real transformation stabilizes. We reconnect to the body, honor the parts of ourselves that emerged, and rebuild safety within.
Focus Areas:
Reflecting on the release and lessons from Week 3
Working with trauma, internal family systems, and emotional patterns
Somatic awareness: learning how the body communicates through sensation
Breath and movement for regulation
Embodied, physical self-love practices to anchor safety and compassion
Week 5 – Self-Love, Boundaries & Emotional Empowerment
This week focuses on rebuilding confidence and ownership of your energy. You’ll learn to deepen self-trust, set boundaries that feel good in your body, and expand your emotional capacity.

Embodied self-love and self-soothing rituals
Boundary work: defining and embodying what your energy needs
The “Sacred Yes / Sacred No” framework
Breath and somatic practices for emotional empowerment
Nature-based integration and reflection
Week 6 – Self-Mastery & Ongoing Growth
Your final week is about embodiment — owning the tools, awareness, and practices that now live in you. You’ll create a plan for sustainable growth and continue evolving beyond the container.

Integrate and refine your personal practice
Building a sustainable growth and maintenance plan
Advanced practices and continued community connection

Nope. This container works whether you're brand new or already experienced. I’ll guide you gently from foundational techniques up. You’ll always be supported at your level.
Each week we will have 1 - one hour call. The third week will require 90 minutes. In between sessions requires 3-5 hours a week to dedicate to all self help and breathwork practices.
Yes — this is complementary work, not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Always check with your provider. This program is meant to help regulate, support, and integrate.
Because it doesn’t just teach techniques — it integrates somatic work, release, reflection & long-term growth. You don’t just “do breathwork” and move on — you will rebuild a nervous system you are happy with by using tools to respond from power, not reactivity.
