
Week 1 – Foundational & Calming Breathwork
In a world that is so fast paced, we begin by slowing down. This week is all about understanding your baseline, learning to breathe properly, and activating your body’s natural relaxed state. You’ll establish a foundation for mind/body connection.
Focus Areas:
Baseline breath test + assessment
Diaphragmatic and foundational breathing
Nervous system awareness and parasympathetic activation
Core relaxing breath techniques
Creating a simple daily structure



Week 2 – Activation, Expression & Somatics
Now that your body understands the calm state, we move into activation. This week we will learn how to safely release emotion through somatic expression and create our own natural stress (hormesis) to better handle everyday stressors.
Focus Areas:
Activating breath techniques to move energy and build resiliency
Gentle hormetic stress training (creating your own natural stress)
Somatic release practices

Week 3 – Full Release: Divine Emergence Breathwork Session
A full, guided 90-minute journey designed for deep emotional trauma release. You’ll use everything you’ve learned so far — from foundational breathing to somatic regulation — to move through this session fully.
Focus Areas:
Conscious circular breathing
Deep emotional access and full release
Applying somatic tools for support
Integration practices to process and ground in lasting change from the session



Week 4 – Integration & Processing
After the depth of Week 3, we reflect and talk about what surfaced in the session. Integration is where real transformation stabilizes. Therapists and most coaches do not teach integration. This is a fundamental piece in nervous sytem regulation.
Focus Areas:
Reflecting on the release and lessons from Week 3
Working with trauma, internal family systems, and emotional patterns
Somatic awareness and storing
Embodied, physical practices to anchor safety and compassion
Ongoing integration (it is a daily process)

Week 5 – Self-Love, Boundaries & Emotional Empowerment
This week focuses on rebuilding confidence and ownership of your energy. You’ll learn to deepen self-trust and set boundaries that feel good to you, and as a result, expand your emotional capacity.
Focus Areas:
Boundary work: defining and embodying what your boundaries are
Energetic Awareness: Learn to sense when your energy is being drained or uplifted.
The "Yes / No” framework
Routine for Emotional Renewal:
Incorporate simple, regular habits—such as mindful walks, journaling, and creative projects.



Week 6 – Self-Mastery & Ongoing Growth
Your final week is about embodiment — owning the tools, awareness, and practices that now live in you. You’ll create a plan for sustainable growth and continue evolving beyond the container.

Review and celebrate your transformation
Integrate and refine your personal practice
Build a sustainable growth and maintenance plan
Step into full nervous self-mastery and continued emergence

Nope. This container works whether you're brand new or already experienced. I’ll guide you gently from foundational techniques up. You’ll always be supported at your level.
Each week we will have 1 - one hour call. The third week will require 90 minutes. In between sessions requires 3-5 hours a week to dedicate to all self help and breathwork practices.
Yes — this is complementary work, not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Always check with your provider. This program is meant to help regulate, support, and integrate.
Because it doesn’t just teach techniques — it integrates somatic work, release, reflection & long-term growth. You don’t just “do breathwork” and move on — you will rebuild a nervous system you are happy with by using tools to respond from power, not reactivity.
